Currently Flows (sort of) handle bulkification, but there is a limit. And ... when that limit (50,000 records) is hit then the flow crashes.
Solution: Please support Idea: Limit number of records returned from Get Records/Lookup in Flow so that we can gain control over our automation, and sleep at night confident they will not just crash because of a limit we cannot manage.

(1) A couple of options. Create an invoccable method to execute the get. That IM can include the limit or filters needed to comply with the govenor limits.
(2) Convert to a batch process. A batch has the mechanisms in place to process all your data appropriately.
