Like if the start date is 15 so accordingly I want the remaining 15,16 days to display if the start date is from last month so need to display the total days in a current month like 30 or 31. same for the end date.

Yes, because the formula is too big to be in one formula field, so you need to break it down.
The flow would populate the number of weekend days, the formula field would take the full number of days and subtract this number of weekend days number field
