I keep getting below error
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We can’t find 'Adam Burke' and 'Martha Ortiz' in the Diabetes Education case team, or we can’t find the expected role for each team member
I created a Predefined Case team with Diabetes Education and added Adam and Martha to the team. I then added this team to both the care plans I created for the member. Not sure what I missed

If you have created the users (like me) without realizing they already existed in the org, just go ahead and change the names of the users you created to something random so that Salesforce's test doesn't pick up on them. Worked for me! :)
