I am working on a custom pre chat aura component, I need to pass some values to fields in LiveChatTranscript Record, or to the related case record ....I did try a lot of options but they don't work much, in community I easily did it in snippet settings, but how to do it here ?? #Service Cloud #Embedded Service

Hello, the main issue is I do not have access to make changes to the external website where this chat is hosted , I need some way to do it from the prechat form itself , if any other settings inside salesforce is possible
The changes to the container page is not possible
