Creating a Custom button 'login as user' on case object

Hi,

I have a requirement, We need to create a button 'Login as User' on our case object. If case is created by Salesforce user, Admin can directly from case detail page login as user (case requestor).

how can i achieve this. I shall be grateful to you for your kind cooperation.
