Our business requirement is to create records of a custom objects from force.com site and we also want these records to be automatically submitted to approval through process builder. Although, the functionality is working fine if we are creating records from our internal org but while inserting the records from site it does not save the record and sends an email regarding flow error message saying "No applicable approval process was found". Please guide, if it is possible to use approval process and process builder with sites. Thanks
Thank you Vineeth for your reply. In this case, the entry criteria is the same in approval process and process builder. And everything is working fine if we create the records internally. Also we are able to create records from site if we do not automatically submit it for approvals through process builder. But when we activate our process for the automation it gives the flow error and as it is the part of the transaction, the record doesn't save to database.
