Challenge not yet complete in Administrator Certification 2021 Be sure to upgrade the Lightning page with Developer Name: Laptop_Warranty_Record_Page to use Dynamic Forms

I had the same problem even though I created a new playground on 4/5. I kept getting the same error on the hands o challenge but when I created a new playground today it worked fine.  I would suggest you create yet another playground and try it again
