I am trying to record ticket and merchandise sales in my NPSP. Should I be creating a new sales process,new opportunity record type, and workflow for sales to track these records? If so, how do I set that up in NPSP so it doesn't recognize them as "gifts" (a variation of a donation opportunity record type).
