Hello sprinters! Many of you know @Tracy Kronzak​ and me from many years in this community, but you may not know that we both currently work on the Success Engagement team at Salesforce.org, in which we engage (😉) during pre-sale to ensure that nonprofits/Higher Ed institutions new to Salesforce (or existing ones who are buying new products) have the resources necessary to ensure a successful implementation. We have a lot of resources we've developed as a team whose primary audience is larger organizations, but are always looking to develop more, particularly ones that might speak to a wider audience. We came up with a couple of ideas we thought might be great ones to bring to the Detroit sprint - resources that could be shared widely once completed! We are asking for your feedback on whether you think these might successful sprint projects.

Idea 1: The Ideal Implementation: An in-depth community-sourced articulation of how an implementation project should go, from time of initial engagement with a partner to end of project, and the community's take on what the deliverables need to look like - be it documentation, communication, project management, etc.

Outputs: timeline with components, key milestones where customers have specific expectations, possibly others?

Idea 2: The Ideal Salesforce Team and Jobs: How do smaller and medium sized

organizations and schools create the proper team, internal structures, and job

roles for thinking and acting like a platform/CRM organization?

Outputs: Salesforce team org charts, Center of Excellence structures, templates of sample job descriptions to fill these roles.

We know there was a team at the Long Beach sprint that started working on something related to admin skills and job descriptions - I've connected with @Samantha Shain​ and we believe adding in the above can help continue what began at the last sprint.
