I'm having a problem where respondents to a Form Assembly form are uploading attachments, but sometimes those attachments are actually attaching and sometimes they are not. When they are not, the attachment shows up in the form response, but can't be downloaded.
I've tried contacting Form Assembly help and they have no idea why this is happening some times and not other times. We even had one respondent submit the same attachments in two separate responses, and one time the attachments were there and one time they were not.
Any ideas on why this might be happening?
