Auctions has 3 logos, and then a sample word mail merge file for Conga in it. Should be fine to move those.
Volunteers has some logos, and then all of the CSS files for the sites pages. I believe the code looks for those CSS files in the documents folder, so I'm guessing you better not move those if you are using the V4S Sites pages.
