I'm missing these record types. I have searched everywhere thinking it may be a permissions issue but it is not. All I have for Record Type is NPSP Default.

Thank you, Jennifer. Looking back, I'm pretty sure I signed up for the wrong trial because I remember installing NPSP on top. I'll keep working on it.
