Thanks so much for replying. I'm desperate. Is this email reply going back to you or some general email? Is there any way I can talk to you on the phone? I can't even figure out how to use Chatter. I follow the directions on the Getting Started with Power of Us page and things don't work the way they say it should. Eventhe process of asking a question doesn't work the way Getting STarted says it should. And I have no idea how to find out if anyone answered the question I asked. Things keep disappearing in that list of comments below the question box. Please help.
