I'm trying to add a field to my accounts that'll rollup FY gifts, similar to how current year gifts are shown. What us the best way to do this?

Hmm, smart dates dont seem to work for roll ups. Sorry. Another option is to have a hidden check box and figure out some way to have it checked in the close date is in the current fiscal year and then use that box as your roll-p filter. This might be achievable using a formula field.
