Question @Anne Crawford : In this article, when you're talking about the steps to ensure your data is ready for the Household Conversion, are you saying those steps should be taken AFTER the NPSP 3.x upgrade tool is run?
Some of what you describe seems to apply to checking my 2.x model, and sometimes it seems to be talking about after the 3.x upgrade but before running the household account conversion utility.
