Is there a possibility to send mass emails to ALL contacts in salesforce?

Hi,

I have a few problems setting up a view for the mass emails including all our contacts. I already tried to filter for all contacts where the name is not equal to zero but still there are not all of our contacts included in the view.

Any ideas how I can fix that?
