Sorry for the very basic question, but I can't seem to get the post option on the chatter component in lightning. If there is an existing post on the chatter feed for that record, then it will allow me to post something (Second screenshot in the comments), but if not, it just says "Collaborate here!" (first screenshot in the comments) with no place to type a post. The third screenshot in the comments is my layout.
