C&P Initial Setup In Salesforce

And I was just thinking our Salesforce install was moving along nicely when I started the setup for C&P. Ouch.

This may be silly but - following the steps at

- Step 4c: Place 'Related Lists' on Patron/Contact Detail Page -

says to add the related lists section parts (there are quite a few of them) to a suggested place under 'custom links"

When I try this - the only place they will go is into the contact page related lists section.

I'm just trying my best to follow the instructions and understand what I am doing later so have no idea if this is OK or if I am doing it wrong?
