I have downloaded a demo version of Transaction Pro in order to import the CSV file from Congregation Connect to QuickBooks Desktop and the tool is very hard to work with. Batches can only be imported by type so I have to divided each batch into numerous files. When I attempt the import through a remote desktop it crashes my connection. Even when I'm in the office, QB gets "stuck" and shuts down and I don't know which, if any, transactions have been processed. I spoke to QB and they have little to say about the tool as it is a third party product. Has anyone found a better tool?
