With a recent release of Soapbox, we took one giant leap to further empower our organizations to get the most out of Soapbox and our user integration portal feature. Now, for organizations opting to use the Engage standard template, administrators have the freedom to customize more than two dozen design elements of the menu that is displayed to logged in users - all on their own with no assistance from us.
This update increases a Soapbox organization's ability to create engaging, efficient, and personalized user experiences for key constituents - from members logging into to pay dues and manage their profiles to donors updating recurring gift information to grant seekers submitting an application to board members accessing private information about an upcoming meeting to volunteers managing their service hours to so much more.
