I have 3 different types of Donation Acknowledgements that come from 3 different email addresses. Is there a way to integrate the NPSP Email Acknowledgement button and workflows for this?
Hi Russ.The 3 different emails are determined by a custom field on the Opportunity. Each of those emails would come from a different email address, use a different template and go to the Primary Contacts Preferred Email. The current NPSP Email acknowledgement button on the Opportunity list view allows me to select the Opportunities I want and then use the Email Acknowledgement button to send them. I have't enabled anything yet but I like the idea of doing them one at a time or multiple.
Are you saying I should create a custom button that will essentially do all 3 options at the same time or use the existing button, only create a custom process using Process Builder?
