Hi,
Yesterday, I installed NPSP App in our Salesforce instance (Enterprise Edition).
On the Account level - I can able to see two default record types (Household, Organization), which is expected.
On the Opportunity level - I don't see any default record types like (Donation, Grant, In-Kind Gift, Major Gift, Matching Gift, Membership).
These above record types are out of the box features comes along with NPSP app installation, right? I have tried to customize some settings on the profiles level, but no luck!
I don't know what I'm missing here, could you guys, please address me this issue ASAP! Very much appreciate it!
