Adding a hyperlink on Account Object to Custom Related Object

Hi everyone, 

I need to create a hyperlink on our standard Account object that takes me directly to a Custom Object Related List. 

I've added the following Formula(Text) field on my Account record: 

HYPERLINK("/" & Id & "#" & Id & "related/Partner_Prospecting__r/view","Show Order")

However the link is taking me back to the Account record rather than to the Related Object List page.
