I wish to send out a duplicate of each batch email I'm sending out to a designated inbox,
I've tried using the below query but I keep getting a PK validation error.
my batch DE's are set to automatically dedupe my users so I wouldn't send anyone 2 emails.
is there a way to make sure my test user receives every creative module for each send? as in - if a campaign has several segments, each with its own creative- I would need to send out a QA email for each one..

You wouldn't send anyone 2 emails because you need to uncheck the checkbox(De-duplicate subscribers) of send email activity in Automation studio. This checkbox determines whether the system prevents multiple messages from this send from being sent to the same email address. The system automatically de-duplicates Lists, Groups, and Filters made from Lists by SubscriberID, while Data Extensions and Filters made from Data Extensions are optionally de-duplicated by email address.
