I am very new to Pardot and am using merge fields for the first time. I want to ensure that f one of our prospects doesn't have a registered first name, I could manipulate the email to adjust to this missing field and provide another greeting instead.
Hi {{recipient First.Name}}
If no First Name
I would like it to say something like "to whom it may concern" or just Hi, I hope you're doing well!
Any insight as to how I should type in this if statement in my merge field would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
