We use Inbox without Einstein Activity Capture.

I have a report: Tasks completed last 30 days and it is not pulling the emails logged via Inbox.

The email object has a custom formula field for completed date: CreatedDate

Currently I have a workflow created for the Task object that fires when the task is completed and the completed date is blank. It fires on all (emails from Salesloft) but these tasks.

I tried to create a formula field on the task that would pull from the email object, but I cannot find the email object’s fields: email.createddate doesn’t work.

HELP?
