Reviews of Soapbox Engage

Hi Everyone, I work at a Non-profit educational institute. We are currently working with FormAssembly for our enrollment forms. I feel FormAssembly is not very user friendly, whenever there occurs a glitch we need professional help to solve it. Also they have no clear manuals of how to use it. Now I am looking into Soapbox Engage and I would love to hear your experiences with them with enrollment forms, donation forms, and customer service and possible other apps that might be great for a non-profits.

    Hi Avital,

     

    Have you checked out the appexchange? thats just like the app store but for your salesforcE? you have specific ones for non profit also and you can look if the vendors also offer a special rathe for non profits!

     

    Oh also to point you to the Power of Us HUB, is like this forum. But specific for NPSP, education and philanthropy clouds powerofus.force.com so the ocnversation are specific for the clouds and industries also many of us helping out there!
