Good morning, Trailblazers!  Reaching out for input on managing Library files.  We have several hundred contract records.  Each contains one to as many as ten files.  Each Contract Record has criteria noting if it is a certain client type, a certain product type, or a certain agreement type.  Is there a way to create a "smart" library folder that would include all files in Salesforce associated with a particular client type, a second smart folder that would include all files in Salesforce that cover a certain product type, etc.  

 

Can a single file be associated with multiple libraries?

 

Is it possible to go a step further and do the same at the file level?  It seems this would metadata associated with a file.  This doesn't seem to be a built-in feature of Salesforce.  Or is it?
