Hi guys,
I am trying to add a field to the Files related list on the Person Account page layout.
However, the setting says that the related list cannot be customized. What am I missing here? How can I edit it?
The profile has access to the parent object where the related list is placed (again, in this case is Person Account).
The field for the field related list is a custom one I created for the object called ''Content Version''.

Customizing FILES related list is not allowed as of today. There is already an idea regarding this which you can upvote here https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000oNG8AAM
However, you can have a lightning component created which can be dragged and dropped on a Record page(person account in your case).
