New Salesforce user having issues with Role Based Security in our reporting.

 

I have a tasks and activities report that shows each sales persons activities for the day. I have these salespeople under the same role, unfortunately they are only able to see their activities.

 

How can we get all of the sales people to show on the report? I, as a systems administrator, am able to view all of the sales people.

    There are basically 3 reasons why something doesn't show up in a Report: 

     

    1. It does not meet the scope or filter criteria

     

    2. The User does not have at least Read access to it

     

    3. It does not exist

     

    Can you post a screenshot of the Report, Settings, and Filters and a screenshot of a record that is "missing"  from the Report? For questions related to Reports and Dashboards those are really helpful
