Does anybody know how to auto-send emails to go to a business email once a lead has come into Salesforce from our website? Essentially we want enquiries to come into both our Salesforce and business email. Thanks

    As long as you have the process builder as create only, it will fire as soon as the criteria is met. And if it comes from a source of website, it will fire instantly.
