Store files (pdf, doc, jpeg - 1mb to 150 MB) in Azure Blob and access them from salesforce with minimum coding

Question

project requirement is to migrate and store about 10-15 million (5-7 TB) files on azure blob storage and access those files in salesforce application. What could be the best solution in this situation with minimum coding. The storage has to be in Azure only.
