Conditional Formatting Custom Object List View

In my Custom Object List View in Lightning I would like to set some conditional formatting to change the background color of field cells based on numeric value.

 

Simple Example

 

0-5% = Red

 

5-8% = Yellow

 

8%+ = Green

    I beleive that you have too many IMAGE statements.  Try..

     

    IF(At_Risk_C,

    IMAGE("/img/samples/flag_green.gif", "At Risk"), 

    IMAGE("/img/samples/flag_red.gif", "Not at Risk")
