Can someone assist me with this situation?
There is a user who created a dashboard with the Sales Manager profile.
With the Sales Manager profile, he is able to view, edit the dashboard.
However, he is now a Sales Director (SD) but cannot edit the particular dashboard. His new SD profile has all the required permissions such as:
a) view all dashboards
b) edit my dashboards
c) view all public reports
etc....
Appreciate any feedback, comments on this. Thx!

Hi Wilson,
Seems like View All Data permission is still needed, in spite of the fact that Salesforce is saying that it has been delivered
can you please check and confirm that this permission is checked or not.
