I want to pull the account ID to the contact level and was hoping there is an automatic process where I don't have to edit each indivudal page to do so.
Go to Object Manager > Contact > Fields and Relationships > New > Formula Field > type text and then use the field picker or just copy AccountId in as the formula. Make sure to set Field Level Security and then add to your page layout
