Hi Sir,  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to tap into your network, reconnect, and explore potential opportunities for Senior CRM Test Lead, QA Manager, or Lead Quality Specialist roles. Life sometimes presents unexpected turns. Two years ago, following a severe office food poisoning incident that compounded with some chronic health issues and caring for my elderly, dependent mother, I stepped away from my professional routine to navigate a challenging season. Managing my health—which I am successfully keeping on track through ongoing medication—alongside family responsibilities took my full dedication. Yet, through it all, my passion for technology and testing never faded. As my circumstances have stabilized, I have channeled my energy into keeping my skills sharp. Over the past several months, I have been actively upskilling, diving deep into hands-on practice with tools like Agent force on Trailhead, and preparing to re-enter the workforce with renewed focus and determination. With over 11 years of end-to-end Quality Assurance leadership —including 3+ years in Salesforce CRM environments and 8 years in Oracle Siebel CRM—I specialize in driving zero-defect releases across complex enterprise ecosystems. Across the Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Non-Profit sectors, I have established robust test strategies, SIT/UAT governance, and defect-triage frameworks. Most recently at Tech Mahindra, I led multi-vendor CRM testing for Gavi’s global health platforms (covering Salesforce Country Portal, Partner Framework, and Issue Resolution Tool), coordinating successfully with global stakeholders such as WHO and UNICEF. Core Technical & Leadership Capabilities: Cross-Cloud & CRM Expertise: Hands-on mastery across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Agentforce, Admin features, and Oracle Siebel eFinance, eCommunications, and OBIEE. System Integration & Boundaries: Extensive experience validating integration boundaries and data synchronizations between legacy enterprise systems (Siebel, SAP, Finacle) and Salesforce. Test Management & Tooling: Proficient with JIRA, Xray, and HP Quality Center/ALM. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and Siebel 8.0/7.7 Core Consultant. Outside of my enterprise QA practice, I also channeled my love for complex problem-solving into writing and     recently published a speculative   science fiction book ( Galactic Disruptions: Beyond 25K Billion Light-Years: The 550-Year Timeless Codex ).    I am eager to bring this deep domain expertise, resilience, and passion back to an impactful team. If your organization has any upcoming delivery goals or openings that align with my background—or if you can guide me toward someone who does—I would deeply appreciate your support. Thank you so much for your time, empathy, and consideration. Warm regards, Srinivasa K.
