Hi, I'd like to send a mass email from a task report. If the same contact ID in the report has 2 tasks, that contact ID gets 2 emais. I realize that you can create a contact report and add these people to a campaign but 2 tasks for contact ID = 1 contact ID in campaign = 1 email. I want two emails. Thanks, can someone PLEASE help?
Understood, with Campaign members, you can send mass emails to all the contacts in the list. However, salesforce does not look at loan object, for that, you will have to go into the object and manually send them from activity related list.
