Editing Affiliated Contacts Layout on an Account

How can I remove or hide a feature of Affiliated Contacts? For example, the Primary (checkbox) & Affiliated Name (AF-00000) fields that show on the account page serve no purpose for my needs. Can I hide them so they do not show on the customers Account profile?

    Seems that You are Looking into Related List. Do follow the below steps 

     

    1) Go to Object In which this related list is added

     

    If Standard Object -> Setup -> Customize -> Objects (Like Accounts) -> Page Layouts -> Edit -> Find Affiliated Contacts Related List and then Click on Wrench Icon-> Where You can Add Remove Field -> Save -> Enjoye
