We have implemented 2FA authentication + SSO and its working fine except browser compability issue and happens only once user log into app for very first time or upgrade the OS.
My question is, what browser salesforce app utilises to launch 3rd party url? Is it safari or salesforce have its own html based browser.
As per security team, saleforce not utilising safari.

This is what the authentication logs see for Users's login attempt on salesforce app:
