We are not able to open the PDF files attched to Accounts. When trying to open a black screen is coming saying downloading files and nothing is happening. Is there any settings we need to do in Salesforce to open these files on Salesforce1. Other pdf files(outside salesforce files) are opening in that phones. It would be great if someone help me. Thank you

Is there any way to transfer the existing attachments from Notes and Attachments to Files.
