I'm not sure if this is possible but I wanted to create a flow that will look for campaign members in a specific campaign and then list out those members in an email. I'm just not sure if/how to build an email that does that. So for example I have a campaign and 3 people are part of it. I want the names of those 3 people to be populated in an email that the campaign owner gets and says something like "the following campaign members are part of your campaign" and then has the names of those individuals. Is that possible?

I'm afraid this is more of a Visualforce email template kind of job, rather than flow. This is because email templates can't have text inserted to them other than merge fields, which have to come from database fields.

One thing you can try is to create a custom field on the campaign object and use the flow to set the names onto this custom field, then use it as a merge field in a regular email template. You might face problems with using long text areas for something like this, but it's worth a shot at least before resorting to a VF template.
