Hi all,
We have a pressing need here to create dashboards that give us real-time KPIs VS. the same metrics from 7 days previous, i.e. Case Pipeline vs. where we stood a week ago.
Ideally these would be quick-stop single view dashboards.
Any ideas?

Robert, you are going to want to use a Reporting Snapshot. This will save the values from a report so you can compare them to another time.
