Running a report for a specific record

We have a custom module for events OnePlace__Function__c, which is where we store lists of people invited to events and some details about the event (Catering required, rooms, AV equipment, capacity etc).

 

The events team need to be able to print out these details.

 

I want to create a report with these details, which is fine.  I can then (i think) create a formula field on events with a link to the report.

 

What i dont know how to do is create the report so that when you click back to it from the event it will contain details specific to that event.
