How can I CC or BCC in other contacts from the same account?

I want to CC in other contacts from the SAME account that the main email is linked to. At the moment I only get the option "Show: All Co-workers in Company" which only lists my company Co workers but it does suggest I can somehow filter the accounts contacts in. 

 

I'm using SF Classic and reading option 2 it looks possible but I just can't get the filter to appear when looking up email addresses https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000326491&type=1&mode=1 

 

How can I CC or BCC in other contacts from the same account?

    Step 2: Show drop down, select Contacts: Account [Company Name] - I don't get this option in the drop down - only the All Co-workers in Company which are just from my company.. 

     

    I want to workout why I'm not seeing this in my drop down list ?
