Skip to main content
Instructions read, "Click the App Launcher , Enter Service Console in the Search apps and items... box and select Service Console.  Click Omni-Channel in the lower-left corner.  Click the dropdown next to Offline and select Available - Chat."

 

I can not find Omin Channel :( any where.

    Hello Brandie,

     

    Please try these.

     

    1. Make sure Omni-Channel is enabled. Go to Omni-Channel settings and select Enable Omni-Channel. This settings in Service Setup not regular Setup.

     

    2. Go to App Manager in setup, Select Service Console and select edit. Go to Utility Items tab. Click on Ultility Item tab to add Omni-Channel
