Is it possible to save Service Reports saved under a WOLI that is related to a WO under the WO related list as well?

Service Reports related to a Work Order Line Item is saved under the Related List of this Object. Is it possible to save them on the Work Order level as well? I am trying to reduce the time of Supervisors open WOLI by WOLI to check Service Resource Service Reports. I tried to generate a Report as well, but it doesn't seem possible.
