Question - Does Challenge #2 (Security Super Badge) have to have a process? Stage Name?

Security SuperBadge states in number #2 challenge that the owner has to develop the opportunity with a "stage name" called "Needs Analysis".  I've created the opportunity for my user, however I'm needing to clarify this.  The error came back as shown -
