office 365 connection error

I'm receiving the below error message "We can't connect your Office 365 account to Salesforce right now...".  I have 25 users on a wired LAN and this user is the only one who regulary receives the error message.  How to fix?

    Hi Randall, 

     

    did you find a solution for the problem? We have the same issue with a few users but the problem occurs inconsistently.
