If case changed from new to ongoing, then need contact name, account, case origin, instrument type and subject as required fields upon saving. This should be for all case types except junk
Field names are as follows:
Status="Ongoing"
Case_Type__c="Not Junk"
Contact = Not Blank
Account = Not Blank
Origin = Not Blank
Type = Not Blank
Subject = Not Blank
