Is there a way to group the messages from the same user in social studio?
For example:
The user called "Jader" sent multiple inbox messages to the facebook page called "CTO":
Jader: Hello
Jader: I have a question
Jader: Could you help me?
In my column in Social Studio, Can I group these messages and see in my column timeline, only the last message from "Jader"? In this case "Could you help me?".
We have the difficulty of handling messages in Social Studio, because they come separated.
Could you send or suggest a workflow to handle with Social Media messages?
